Established in 1992, Auger Enterprise Co., Ltd. Has over the years consistently impressed buyers with its quality filling and packaging machines. The company is now promoting several new models, among them its SM-2435 and STS-01 units.

The SM-2435 is an ideal machine for packaging with a maximum load weight of two kilograms, whereas the STS-01 is meant for packaging meant for product(s) ranging from one gram to 50 grams.

Both machines are designed for packaging powdered and granulated products, including flour, crude sugar, milk powder, salt, flavor essence, chemical powder, and herb powder. Both automatically handle forming, filling, and sealing for free-flow and non-free-flow materials, thanks to a computerized control unit that comes with a touch-control screen. Featuring self-diagnosis capability, failure points and trouble-shooting instructions appear on the screen whenever trouble arises.

Detail on product types and weights can be stored in the control unit in advance.

For accuracy, the two machines' transmissions are driven by servomotors. Sealing-temperature errors are minimized, within plus and minus two degrees Celsius, thanks to a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control system. Their photocell sensors, which measure printing points, are easy to adjust and thus add greatly to operational accuracy and efficiency.

In the SM-2435, desired packaging length can be conveniently set on the display screen, material-feed augers are made of stainless steel and built with one-piece methodology, and an automatic centering device is in place. Error on the augers is limited within plus and minus 0.5%. The centering device is designed to ensure elegant packages by maintaining running packaging film at proper tension.

In the STS-01, all air cylinders are built to Japanese SMC industrial standards to ensure 100%reliability. The machine stops automatically as soon as packaging materials or color-coding tapes run out, or any glitch occurs. This machine is designed to address filling problems, in which the cup-measuring fillers are usually the culprit.
