Suenn Liang Transforms CNC Machine Tools

For nearly two decades, Suenn Liang Electric Co., Ltd. Has been a leading manufacturer of
transformers and other products for computerized numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools in Taiwan.

The company currently supplies single-phase control transformers, three-phase power transformers, multi-voltage control box transformers for testing, electric transformers, and AC-reactors. Its R&D team can also develop items customized to client needs.

Suenn Liang's electric transformers are ideal for building power distribution and CNC machine power isolation, with output efficiencies of 95% and above. Its single-phase control transformer adopts superior materials to ensure long-term electrical durability, and its European standard specification terminal table provides a high level of safety.

The company exports mainly to Asia, but it is aggressively developing new markets in the U.S., Canada and Latin America, and Europe, says Chen Shi-liang, president of the company. Eighty percent of its exports are sold through trading companies.

Suenn Liang's transformer series products are approved under such international standards as ISO-9001:2000, EN61558CE, IEC, and UL.

The company says that most of its customers are CNC machine-tool builders and manufacturers of special-purpose machinery.
