Hun Pool Successfully Running Across Taiwan Strait

Established in Taiwan in 1986, in 1992 Hun Pool Enterprise Co. expanded its operations to mainland China. The company has downsized its plant in Taiwan while enlarging its operations in the mainland. Today it has several large plants in Guangdong Province's Dongguan and Zhongshan, and in Shanghai, turning out lamps and related lighting devices.

The company's plant in Taiwan mainly produces special-order high-end lighting products. Its plants in the mainland generate a wide range of lamps and lighting devices. In total the facilities occupy more than 30,000 square meters of space. The company's workforce is now near 900 persons, 16 at the plant in Taiwan and the remainder in the mainland.

Hun Pool offers a wide range of lamps and lighting devices, including halogen lamps, ceiling lamps, pendant lamps, downlights, track lights, ballasts, sockets, switches, energy-saving lighting bulbs, nightlights, and related hardware parts.

With 'integrity, high-quality, innovation, and best service' as its operating principle, Hun Pool won ISO 9001 certification in 2001. In addition, the company's products carry the prestigious UL, SASO, CSA, VDE, CQC, and PSE marks.

With the guarantee of world's standard marks, Hun Pool has exported its products to most countries in the world, including the United States, Canada, Japan, Europe, South & Central America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Recently Hun Pool has become a major supplier to S. Korea's LG Electroncis. It was recognized by the big internationals in 2004 as its second supplier in terms of excellence.
