Taipei, March 28, 2008 (CENS)--Through the invitation by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), representatives of four Ukraine companies with annual revenue of over US$50 million are scheduled to pay a visit to the coming Taipei International Automobile Electronics Show (AutoTronics Taipei 2008) to be held on April 9-12 in the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) Exhibition Hall 1.

Show organizer TAITRA said that good results in last year have driven exhibitors to require bigger exhibition spaces this year. The trade-promotion organization also said that it has mobilized all its about-50 overseas branches to invite buyers from local automakers and importers in Italy, the U.K., Finland, the U.S., India etc.

Among the four big Ukraine buyers, TAITRA said, Foxtrot is the largest 3C (computer, communication, and consumer electronics) and home-appliance retail chain-store in the nation with about 150 sales points, while Kremenchun Car Plant is the second-largest automaker in Ukraine with annual production capacity of 45,000 cars. The other two are Baltic Electronic and Orion Ukraine, major electronics products vendors.

TAITRA pointed out targeted procurement items from the Ukraine companies include automotive electronics-related products, multi-media systems, car security systems, parking assist systems, GPS navigation systems, and other spare parts.

In addition, TAITRA stressed, this year's Taipei International Automotive Electronics Forum would have very abundant contents delivered by ranking officials from Mercedes-Benz and BMW, as well as key industry figures from mainland China and India.
