Chieng Ming Industries Co., Ltd. is one of Taiwan's most professional manufacturers of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) precision machined products. The ISO9001:2000-certified firm says it specializes in producing products through cold-forging, Swiss-turning machines and machining centers.

Company president Chang Nai-jen notes his company has expertise to produce customized forging parts and OEM bolts, nuts and fasteners. The company has accumulated 32 years of experience in this field. Its three-, four-, five- and six-stoke forging machines are able to turn out a wide range of complicated forging parts by either standard or customers' original designs.

Chieng Ming has installed a flurry of "Star"-brand Swiss turning centers with integrated LNS bar loaders. The Swiss turning centers with live-cross working tools, full C-axis, sub-spindle and live-back working tools, can roll out extremely complicated parts with tolerance of +/-0.001mm, +/-0.0005mm. The Swiss turning centers are capable of making complicated parts up to 20mm (25/32") in diameter.

The company has expertise in machining castings and various materials completed by machining centers and tapping machines. Thanks to the installation of rotating pallets changers, the company is capable of achieving high productivity and efficiency in drilling, tapping and complex milling operations.

Furthermore, Chieng Ming has established an effective supply chain which can help produce parts of any sizes from small to large to meet customers' diverse requirements.

Precision parts and components produced by Chieng Ming are machined by five-axis machining center.
