The company currently specializes in the development and production of CNC machined parts in accordance with customer's special requirements.
At present, the company's major product lines include shafts for copy machines, fiber-optic telecommunication connectors, bronze bearing sleeves, precision components for motored vehicles, and joints for pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
The company is dedicated to rolling out precision products to meet the market trends. It has installed many sophisticated production equipment and precision inspection instruments from Japan and the U.S.
Ming Cheng's major export outlets are the U.S., some European industrialized nations, and Southeast Asia. To meet the demand of foreign manufacturers maintaining production facilities in mainland China, the company established two plants in Shanghai and Suzhou of Jiangsu province in 2001 and 2003, respectively.
The firm started four years ago to employ ERP (enterprise resources planning) system that integrates effective management parts together with CAD/CAM (computer aided design/manufacturing) system, helping to enhance production technology environment greatly.
