Unlike peers in this field, Huarong hasn't included the most popular all-electric plastic injection molding machines in its range. "For energy-efficiency, I don't think all-electric plastic injection molding machine is the best choice," criticizes Hsiao. "On the contrary, I believe servo-hydraulic injection molding machines will replace all-electric models to take center stage in plastic molding in less than five years."

At present, Huarong's hottest-sellers include the IML-series injection-molding machine and the HR-F(FC)-series servo-hydraulic injection molding machine. The HR-IML-series is capable of single-process injection molding and labeling that achieves pleasing printing and eco-friendliness. The HR-F (FC)-series servo-hydraulic injection molding machine is designed to be energy-efficient and minimize carbon footprint.

Recognizing that power saving is no doubt the primary marketing concern, Huarong has developed a new driving system replacing conventional inverter application, which also benefits the general performances of energy saving, stability and accuracy. The achievement is called "servo-hydraulic", with precise computerizing controller system combing servo motor drive, and adopting accurate pressure sensors performing complete system in rapid close-loop control, reaction speed with 40ms. Verified with various practical applications and tests, the efficiency reaches more than 80% of power saving from rapid precision molding.
