The 25th China International Furniture Fair (Guangzhou)

2010/03/03 | By Judy Li

The 25th China International Furniture Fair (Guangzhou)—CIFF Home Furniture, scheduled from Mar. 18-21, 2010, may have taken the definition of all-in-one trade event to new heights, with the furniture event to also include related exhibitions, including the Homedecor & Housewares China, CeramEx China, Intertextile Guangzhou-Hometextile China, and Outdoor & Leisure Guangzhou.

The five-in-one trade event is expected to draw some 2,700 exhibitors to display the latest products across 500,000 square meters of venue.

Making procurement easier, the organizer has divided the CIFF into two main categories—modern and classical furniture, with the former consisting of trendy, tasteful styles for homes to lead the modern furnishing designs; while the latter shows a fusion of timeless, classical and yet vogue products that seem to state continental flavors in the European and American traditions, as well as the neo-classical category.

The collection of premiere products is billed to offer a versatile sourcing platform to enable global buyers to take advantage of “Endless Opportunities” to “Realize Your Dreams,” the unofficial theme of the event.

So far the event has attracted 50 overseas furniture manufacturers from the United States, Australia, Italy, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Turkey to set up dedicated pavilions, which are expected to display trend-setting, fresh designs and products from the world of furniture.

CeramEx China 2010

The Best in Ceramics

Successfully held for three years, CeramEx China likely owes part of its reputation as an influential event to the solid support from trade associations in the main ceramics manufacturing bases like Hong Kong, Chaozhou, Foshan and Guangzhou. Furthermore buyers can expect to see competitive suppliers with private branded lines of household and decorative ceramics at the event, which will be displaying industry-leading products and brand new designs.

Aiming to offer “all-in-one solutions for furniture manufacturing and processing” for the furniture production and interior decoration industry, CIFM is recognized as the largest and most comprehensive woodworking machinery and accessories fair in Asia.
