Keysheen (Cayman) Applies for Primary Listing on TWSE

Taipei, June 2, 2011 (CENS)--Keysheen (Cayman) Holdings Co., Ltd. has officially submitted an application with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) for primary listing, becoming the sixth foreign company to do so this year.

Keysheen Holdings (stock code: 8427) is registered in the Cayman Islands with paid-in capital of NT$800 million, and invested by a Taiwanese manufacturer in China engaged in metal outdoor leisure furniture.

Keysheen's major operating subsidiaries in China include Shanghai Keysheen Leisure Products Co. and Keysheen Industry (Shanghai) Co., which were established in 1995 and 1997 respectively.

Keysheen has several renowned distributors, including WalMart Group, Kroger Group, HBC Group in North America; Argos Group in Europe; as well as some in southern hemisphere, such as Kmart Store in Australia; Briscoes in New Zealand; and Shoprite in South Africa.

Keysheen exports almost all its output, particularly to the U.S. and Canada, and has been since 2008 the appointed supplier to WalMart's special “Energy Efficiency & Environmental Sustainability” program.

Besides venturing into manufacturing healthcare products and specialized hospital beds, Keysheen is seeking new segments as office furniture, as well as developing business in the European and emerging markets by maximizing utilization of equipment and capacity, and will market in China when time is appropriate.

Keyshen's net earnings totaled NT$871 million, with NT$10.9 in earnings per share, on consolidated sales of NT$7.694 billion in 2010.
