Yuh Shin Electric Co., Ltd., founded in 1982, specializes in developing and producing oil-immersed transformers to civil engineering contracts, factories, etc. for electromechanical applications.

Over the past few years, the company has successfully developed the 1- & 3-phase transformers for various welders and electroplating devices patented in Taiwan and mainland China. The products have been volume-produced for arsenals, IC (integrated circuit) packing plants, auto/motorbike assembly plants, etc.

The company's dry-type transformers are especially designed for CNC machine tools, resistors, rectifiers, reactors, etc. Its advanced precision DC power supplies are produced mainly for wafer plants, sewage treatment plants, IC board electroplating plants, jet fighters, helicopters, etc.

One of the company's most popular items is the 6KVA portable pneumatic spot welder with PC control panel for current and time-preset adjustment, which is ideal for makers of machine housings, automotive bodywork and office furniture. (BS)
