Ching Hsing Focused On Plastic Sheet Extruders

Founded in 1973, Ching Hsing Iron Works Co., Ltd. Is one of Taiwan's most professional manufacturers of plastic sheet extruders. The company boasts it has accumulated a comprehensive array of manufacturing technologies and sophisticated know-how in producing precision machinery for extruding high-grade plastic sheets.

Its three decades in designing and manufacturing have brought it, says management, a solid reputation in the global marketplace for world-class models.

At present, the company's major product lines include conductive plastic-sheet extruders, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sheet extruders, 5-60% carbon electric conductivity sheet extruders, multilayer-sheet extruders, and TPU (thermosetting polyurethane) film extruders.

The company's conductive plastic sheet extruders are suitable for making conductive HIPS (high-impact polystyrene) and HDPE (high-density polyethylene) sheets used in packing resistor, semiconductor, and electronic components--any type of item that requires static-proof packing.

The PET sheet extruders are suitable for food packing (transparent cups, containers for strawberries, cherries, sushi, and eggs, and transparent case covers), industrial packing (blister wrap for stereos and toys, and packing for computer, communications, and consumer electronics-related parts), and electronics packing (static-proof packing and packing for electronic parts).

In line with changing world demand, Ching Hsing began developing and producing PET sheet extruders about six years ago, which management states have been very well received.

The company has also enjoyed success in developing carbon electric conductivity sheet extruders. The plastic sheet produced with this machinery can be as little as a mere 0.005mm in thickness.

The company is optimistic about its prospects. To facilitate fast growth through the foreseeable future, the company is speeding up the pace of construction for a new factory, which it expects to be inaugurated in August.

Ching Hsing mainly sells products to Thailand and Indonesia, in addition to the domestic market. Major clients include King Yuan Fu Packing Co., Mizuya Co. and Sinar Plastic Co.
