Guger Industries Co., established in 1987, has over 40 employees, with one-fourth engaged in the research and development of new products as well as in the upgrading of quality of its wide variety of printing machinery and equipment.

With a strong belief in providing customers solid quality and satisfactory service, the company has won ISO-9002 certification for quality assurance for both its equipment and after-sale services, according to T.S. Chen, the chief executive.

Guger Industries is a customer-driven company possessing more than 20 patents that guarantee its customers maximum productivity and uptime. It works continuously to ensure the excellence of its product and support operations. Its major products are 1~6-color pad printers, 1~5-color screen printers for flat and round substrates, ink-cup style auto pad printers, and exclusive printers for mobile phones.

The printing machines can be applied to a wide variety of products, including those in different shapes and sizes like golf balls, bottle caps, round tubes or cone-shaped tubes like pen sleeves and other round objects, and cell phones in various sizes and shapes. Different colors are applied according to customers' demands.

Carrying the "Weger" trademark, the printing capacity of the equipment is exceptionally high, up to over 10,000 pieces per hour depending on the printing items, sizes, and colors needed. Yet the printing speed and output can always be readjusted and the automatic equipment can operate around the clock.

The auto two-color screen printer (model WE- 9157), for example, has output ranging from 4,800 to 7,200 pieces per hour for MD printing with a maximum printing area of 100x100 mm. The auto loading system helps save manpower and cut cost while its closed packing mechanism can eliminate dust fall and improve the perfect ratio.

The output of the single-color cap printer (mode WE-9160) is up to 10,000-12,000 pcs/hr. The capacity of the 12-color golf ball printer (WE-9159) ranges from 1,680-3,360 pcs/hr. The single-color auto screen printer for electrical plastic starter canisters/shells has an output capacity of 1,800-2,400 pcs/hr. The auto two-color cap printer's capacity is up to 3,600 pcs.

Other machines are also available for printing large steel bottles or tiny items like commemorative coins in six colors. The company presently has over 1,200 clients in Taiwan and many more in foreign countries, including mainland China and those in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Catering to customers' special needs, the company welcomes orders for custom-made machines with specific purposes and functions.
