Jean the Epitome of Experience

Founded in 1969, Jean Industrial Co. is an experienced Taiwan manufacturer of packing tools and palmtop measuring-tape stands. The company produces primarily on an OEM (original equipment manufacturing) basis for clients both at home and abroad. Its models are all designed by its own R&D team; many have been patented.

Among the firm's offerings, packing-tool models No. FR-301and No.FR-302 are especially popular because of their excellent quality and competitive pricing. "We use the punch-press process, ensuring our tools are highly durable," claims Lin Chun-jung, president of the company. Current output for both the FR-301 and FR-302 are 10,000 units per month.

The palmtop measuring-tape stands have a compact design, providing operating convenience that has attracted the attention of buyers. "We turn out the stand through one-piece processing, and the plastic cutter is safer than the old metal cutter. Users need not worry about hurting themselves during use," Lin explains. Output of the palmtop stand is currently 100,000 sets per month.

Jean also provides a wide range of building hardware and furniture hardware including curtain hooks, drawer pulls and rubber door stoppers to customers worldwide.

The company's products are sold under its own brand, "JEAN," in Southeast Asia, the U.S., Canada, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania and the Middle East.

With 33 years of OEM experience, Jean can fabricate products to meet all conceivable customer needs if they can provide samples and/or specifications. Its manufacturing plant is located in Taichung, with a floor area of 800 pings (one ping is approximately 36 sq. ft.).
