Established in 2000, the Huakang Lighting and Hardware Fitting Factory is a professional manufacturer of metal gooseneck tubes in mainland China. Huakang's tubes are available in different sizes and can be applied to various kinds of lighting products, including desk lamps, pendent lamps, and track lights.

With a workforce of about 300 people, Huakang is located in China's so-called "lighting town"-the Guzhen area of Zhongshan, a city in Guangdong Province. To develop innovative high-end products, the company has created a strong R & D team that boasts a total of 40 experts in lighting, metal design, and related machinery equipment.

With their special surface treatment, Huakang's metal gooseneck tubes can withstand a salt fog test for 84 hours, much longer than the average of 40 hours for tubes from other makers. The tubes, made of high-carbon steel, are rust- and corrosion-proof and are easily assembled and dismantled. In 2003, Huakang's R & D team developed a sophisticated automatic high-speed machine, which can turn out more flexible and harder metal gooseneck tubes, which have won high praise among clients.

Currently, Huakang builds more than eight million metal tubes a year. Approximately 35% of the tubes are exported to European countries such as Spain, Poland, Germany, and Italy. Through its presence at international lighting shows, the company intends to enhance its export ratio to 50% this year.
