Solink International Manufactures Co., Ltd. (SLI) is a specialized and innovative maker of various kinds of car-rack systems, which are marketed globally under the TUCKERMAN brand. The company's products feature high-quality, functional, and innovative designs.

SLI has developed five universal bike carriers and five roof-rack models, which can be applied to most wagons, sport utility vehicles (SUV), minivans, light-trucks and cars. For example, the XT95001 series, with its selection of S-type frames and adjustable structure, can be fitted to about 80% of the current SUV models in the world.

The bike-carrier series was also specially designed to offer a space for a vehicle's rear spoiler without a decrease in loading capacity. The Hitchbacker XT95001S, another SLI product, is constructed of high-grade 6063 aluminum alloy, and is designed for a maximum load of up to 75kg to meet the most demanding carrying requirements. The high-end XT95001S also has adjustable arm supports and wheel-shoe supports that provide a very secure and strong grip on bikes. With adjustable fastening points and sets of surface-supporting contact points, the XT95001S bike carrier is extremely stable when attached to the back of a vehicle.

SLI president Tsai Feng-ji claims that the design concepts of TUCKERMAN car-rack systems include simple assembly, strong structures, ease of use, and transportation safety. SLI insists on using the best materials to manufacture its products, Tsai claims, including oval-shaped aluminum tubes (for better structure and supporting strengths), 6063 aluminum-alloy tubes, stainless-steel screw sets, nylon straps with zinc strap lockers, and high-grade Nylon 66 with a winter additive for below-0-degree environments.

Tsai also claims that SLI utilizes the most advanced design techniques to achieve the goal of using minimal materials while achieving maximum strength in system designs. The company developed all the TUCKERMAN carriers through CAD/CAM design before molding, and tests all prototype carriers in real transportation environments before mass production. Tsai says that SLI takes each single design step seriously, since the company's R&D team knows even one single screw failure can lead to a danger to human life.

Since 1975, SLI has been involved in the design of various products including strollers, baby car seats, high chairs, infant nursery products, senior care products uand other safety and utility equipment. In addition to its standard models, the company also provides customers worldwide with custom design and manufacturing services.
