Our group is professional and well experienced with any aspects of production, packing and delivery. We controlled every step for the whole production process. PRICE: We had our own Quota of Raw Material purchased from CSC(China Steel Company in Taiwan) and experienced professional master worker to less the cost and time of production, so we always offered a competitive price to our customers.
QUALITY: We had set up a QC Department to detailed control from wire on Tensile Strength to Dimensions of Heading, Pointing, and Threading, then after Heat-Treatment, we tested the mechanical property including Surface, Core hardness, Drilling test, Torque strength, and Case Depth, and then after Finish, we will check the thickness of plating which over 3 micro(CR6+) and RoHAs compliant for CR3+ and without CHROMATE. Also, we will test the Salt Spray test for Ruspert and Dacromate Coating, especially, we did final inspection to every shipment before packing.
PACKING: We can offer bulk, box, plastic bag packing with Designed and Colored box, label and barcode, fulfilled EURO or US pallet sizes, complianted the Fumigation and EUR-EPAL or CE requirement. However, most of important, we’ll be responsible for every details or discrepancy once it happened to our faulty.
